Responsibilities
Engineer vendor products by installing, upgrading, patching, and maintaining Developer tools; Interface with Cybersecurity and Governance groups to establish and maintain controls; Interact with vendors to tailor products to Visa's needs; Develop and enforce governance across CI/CD practices; Create and maintain templates and catalogs of pipelines; Perform regular housekeeping on tools to ensure application stability; Support ongoing Developer Tools projects; Support complex technical issues in an interop production environment; Participate in L3 on-call support rotation.
