Responsibilities
Perform rack and stack activities for servers, storage, and network devices; Install, configure, relocate, decommission, and maintain physical server and infrastructure hardware; Support data center power, cooling, rack space, structured cabling, and environmental monitoring; Coordinate with facilities, colocation providers, network teams, and external vendors; Maintain accurate rack elevations, cabling documentation, power mappings, and asset inventory; Support hardware lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, refresh, and retirement; Perform hardware troubleshooting for physical servers, PDUs, cabling, and connectivity issues; Assist with data center capacity planning and infrastructure modernization initiatives; Perform site audits, asset validation, and compliance reviews; Support new office builds, expansions, and technology refresh projects; Monitor and respond to infrastructure alerts; Provide on-call and off-hours support rotation.
