Maintain and service ammonia refrigeration systems and related utility equipment; perform emergency unscheduled troubleshooting and repairs of production equipment; conduct daily chemical testing of condenser cooling water; create and modify preventive maintenance procedures; ensure compliance with plant regulatory programs (PSM, RMP, OSHA, SQF, HACCP); coordinate repair operations with production supervisors; perform cleaning operations using detergent baths and degreasing; report unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.
