Lead reliability, sustainability, capacity, compliance, and lifecycle improvement initiatives for facility and utility systems; Lead facility improvement projects and provide engineering leadership for larger capital projects; Develop, maintain, and review engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, P&IDs, SOPs, and user requirement specifications; Own facility-related change controls and provide technical leadership for investigations and corrective actions; Mentor and develop engineers while providing technical direction to contractors and cross-functional teams; Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support, planned shutdowns, and emergency response.
