Manage asset-level business plans and monitor operating performance (NOI, occupancy, leasing velocity), coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly IRR reforecasting, execute value creation initiatives including revenue management and cost control, oversee capital expenditure programmes, act as interface with external operating partners and property managers, prepare materials for operating reviews and quarterly business reviews, maintain market awareness and support valuation processes, prepare recurring asset and deal level reporting packs, support acquisitions, refinancing, and exit execution, integrate ESG objectives into business plans, and contribute to best practices and playbooks.
