Develop technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes; support process improvement for safety, quality, cost, time, and yield; participate in design, implementation, commissioning, and qualification of engineering projects; lead medium complexity projects coordinating junior engineers and contractors; support IQ activities for new/modified equipment; collaborate with Production, MSAT, Quality, and Program Management to resolve issues; provide technical support and troubleshooting; support deviation investigations and CAPA; assist with tech transfer; ensure compliance with cGMP and safety standards; prepare and review technical documentation; participate in on-call rotation; act as a safety role model.
