Set and manage process parameters for capsule machines (glue dipping, temperature, viscosity, oven, airflow, lubrication, speed); Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults for production lines (ILD, iBox, Borsor, etc.); Analyze production results to stabilize processes and report findings; Train operators and shift leaders on new machines, processes, and procedures; Implement GMP standards in the production area; Maintain EHS compliance and safety operations; Manage preventive maintenance plans for lubrication systems; Define SPC control limits for production parameters.
