Lead asset lifecycle from project completion through commercial execution and future expansion; Serve as single point of operational accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and schedule; Own integrated asset readiness plan across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance; Establish governance for readiness including risk mitigation and transition to steady-state operations; Ensure effective handover of facility, equipment, utilities, and qualification readiness; Drive execution readiness for GMP batches and commercial manufacturing; Lead asset strategy and support CAPEX expansion planning; Partner with senior leadership to define expansion scope and operating model; Lead senior cross-functional matrix team to foster high-performance culture; Own asset performance including GMP compliance, production delivery, and financial targets
