Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Quality Engineers and Specialists; Champion adherence to AS9100 and lead internal audits; Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives; Develop and track quality metrics and KPIs; Support Quality Assurance budget management; Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain teams; Serve as primary Quality representative during hardware acceptance and launch readiness reviews; Interface with regulatory agencies (FAA, NASA) and customers.
