Responsibilities
Support AI&T and final vehicle assembly including hands-on engagement during vehicle buildup and subsystem mate operations; Develop, revise, and maintain manufacturing work instructions (MWIs) covering the full integration flow; Identify and resolve technical issues on the floor in real time; Create in-build redlines and recommend engineering changes; Perform engineering drawing review and provide final approval for manufacturing documentation; Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) with emphasis on vehicle integration risk reduction; Drive Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) improvements; Collaborate with Test Operations, Systems Engineering, Quality, and Design Engineering to ensure integrated vehicle readiness.
