Responsibilities
Partner with Integrated Product Team leadership to align product execution with program objectives; Lead avionics product development and NPI activities through planning and gated reviews; Develop and maintain end-to-end logic-linked product schedules; Define production strategies aligning supplier execution with program requirements; Coordinate release of SOWs, specifications, and production artifacts; Plan and coordinate hardware procurement and qualification activities; Monitor supplier performance and address risks/bottlenecks; Manage product scope changes and engineering change requests; Lead process improvements and documented handoffs to Supply Chain and Operations
