Own manufacturing process for low-volume complex PCB assemblies and wiring harnesses including supplier management; Create shop order routings, select vendors, and oversee fabrication from engineering release to delivery; Analyze quotations and schedule deliveries; Build relationships with external vendors and certify their capabilities; Review engineering drawings of complex PCBs and assemblies; Assist in Manufacturing Readiness Review and Material Review Board; Recommend improvements to in-house equipment and processes; Develop inspection and verification processes for supplier boards.
