Responsibilities
Design, develop, implement, and support manufacturing IT/OT systems across their entire lifecycle; Support and enhance systems such as RTLS, RFID, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), vision inspection systems, supervisory control platforms, and custom reporting solutions; Collaborate with plant engineering, global controls engineering, global MES, and IT infrastructure teams to ensure reliable 24/7 manufacturing system performance; Develop system specifications, interfaces, troubleshooting guidelines, and technical documentation in regulated manufacturing environments; Support system testing, validation (GAMP), training documentation, and compliance activities; Coordinate and manage external vendors and system integrators when required; Act as the site liaison to global teams, ensuring alignment, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
