Responsibilities
Work directly with a team operating and maintaining environmental test equipment used for acceptance testing of flight hardware, Perform acceptance tests on flight hardware following written instructions, Conduct hands-on environmental stress screening (thermal, vibration, and pressure), Assist with installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of vibration tables, Thermal chambers, Pressure systems, DAQ equipment, Coordinate with test engineers and engage with management on daily test activities, Clean and perform maintenance on machines, equipment, and work areas in accordance with 5S standards, Support several test projects simultaneously to meet operations schedules, Configure test setups, fixtures, and instrumentation per test plans and standards, Collaborate with Test Engineers to accurately detail work instructions, Identify, communicate, and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks
