Direct activities and provide guidance to Product Engineers, facilitate communication between plant staff and Corporate NPD, maintain product knowledge for design decisions, coordinate VAVE projects with manufacturing, establish test requirements and procedures, nurture partnerships with certifying agencies (UL, FM, ISO), serve as liaison between sales and engineering, conduct one-on-one meetings and talent management, track engineering projects and metrics, provide 2D/3D working drawings
