Responsibilities
Serve as primary engineering liaison for GS2 tanks on the production floor; Own MRB disposition of nonconformances and repair plans; Lead triage and root cause analysis for build issues and test anomalies; Support daily production operations including line stop responses and defect triage; Coordinate implementation of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs/ECOs); Analyze production defects to drive systemic improvements; Partner with tooling and manufacturing engineering to refine fixtures and inspection methods; Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and technicians; Author and maintain risk assessments and production readiness reviews.
