Collect and prepare iron and sand samples for testing, perform lab testing on iron samples, record and analyze test results, initiate corrective actions for out-of-spec findings, calibrate and standardize testing equipment, order laboratory supplies and equipment, collaborate with Melt Deck, metallurgists, and foremen to resolve melt metal and sand system issues
