Independently perform FEA and CFD analyses including model setup, meshing, boundary condition definition, solving, and post-processing; Evaluate mechanical components and assemblies subjected to static and dynamic loading, thermal effects, pressure, and flow conditions; Apply established modeling practices and methodologies to standard and moderately complex simulation problems; Support design decisions by delivering clear, well-documented analysis results to design, manufacturing, and project teams; Produce formal engineering analysis reports for internal use, documenting assumptions, methods, limitations, and conclusions; Support work in regulated or quality-critical applications, including products used in nuclear, BPVC, and energy/power generation markets; Contribute to design failure mode and effect analysis (DFMEA) sessions with cross-functional teams
