Own end-to-end FP&A processes including planning, forecasting, and performance management; Define and enforce enterprise-wide planning standards and governance; Coordinate cross-functional inputs from FP&A, Data & Analytics, and Strategy teams; Integrate CAPEX and OPEX planning and performance management; Lead aggregation and reconciliation of enterprise P&L and key metrics; Develop executive-level performance narratives and risk assessments; Partner with Data & Analytics to drive automated planning workflows; Challenge and review regional business cases and forecasts; Provide variance analysis and commentary on enterprise performance to senior leadership
