Coordinate and prioritize production to meet customer requirements; Support the Supervisor and Operations Associate in maintaining Daily Management records; Collaborate with NPI teams to ensure builds are prioritized and progressed; Identify and manage training priorities vs business needs; Support the Line Support Team with training schedule formation and execution; Support implementation and scheduling of training for document changes; Support development of Production Training plans for new hires; Review overtime needs and coordinate team member lists; Create Staffing Plans; Maintain reports on quality and production metrics; Participate in continuous improvement activities
