Lead a production team to achieve targets/KPIs for quality/service/costs/people development, Ensure quality standards and objectives are communicated and achieved, Manage and prioritize production to meet customer requirements, Provide training, coaching, feedback and support to set team up for success, Facilitate high engagement within the production team, Provide timely feedback and review performance issues, Liaise with training to develop and implement training curriculums, Participate in the selection and hiring of Production Operators, Maintain GMP / 6S at a high level, Lead continuous improvement activities such as Lean/Cost Reduction initiatives, Ensure Time and Attendance system compliance
