Develop and implement EHS programs to ensure compliance with local legislation and industry best practices; Manage Emergency Response Planning including testing and post-incident reporting; Conduct regular internal audits and EHS walk-arounds; Lead the investigation of EHS incidents to identify root causes; Oversee waste reduction, recycling, and energy efficiency programs; Coordinate the risk assessment program for all activities; Coordinate the Global Device Development Group testing laboratory safety program; Manage Ergonomics Assessments and First Aid Training Compliance; Maintain the site Safety Statement and safety signage; Coordinate the contractor safety program; Establish and maintain an employee consultative forum (Safety Committee/EHS Council); Champion the Incident Prevention Opportunity (IPO) program; Support design reviews for building changes to mitigate EHS impacts.
