Responsibilities
Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on utilities and facility equipment; Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components; Monitor and maintain operating parameters within defined control limits; Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures; Inspect installations and maintenance work to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and safety codes; Coordinate and oversee contractors during maintenance activities, equipment installations, and facility shutdowns; Maintain spare parts inventory and identify replacement components through equivalency analysis; Participate in deviation investigations and propose improvements to increase energy efficiency and system reliability
