Clinical data specialist

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What you will do:

• Deliver assigned projects while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
• Learn about Stryker’s JR and MET portfolios including Mako SmartRobotics, Triathlon Total Knee System, and Trident Hip System
• Define protocols for medical device data collection, maintenance, and analysis
• Maintain and execute MATLAB/Python scripts for data analysis and complaint investigations
• Interpret system data and generate insights in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
• Draft project reports, participate in surgical observations, and support risk mitigation activities

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field with 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python for data analysis and scripting
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Ability to interpret technical data, logs, and medical device reports
• Exposure to medical devices, robotics, healthcare technologies, or regulated industries

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of orthopedic products and surgical workflows
• Familiarity with complaint handling, risk analysis, or data-driven investigations
• Understanding of medical device regulations and compliance requirements
