Oversee project aspects including Quality, Safety, Scope, Costs, Resources and Timelines; Define project starting points and establish scope, budget, schedule, and quality requirements; Set up project team structure; Lead approximately 5 small to medium multi-disciplinary pharmaceutical projects per year; Manage capital and expense projects related to pharmaceutical equipment renewal, building modifications, HVAC and utility systems; Ensure execution of construction activities in compliance with quality and safety standards; Arrange availability of working space, installations, and services; Develop conceptual design solutions and feasibility studies; Obtain approval for investment proposals; Coordinate commissioning, start-up, and qualification; Ensure project completion including as-built documentation and operator training
