Responsibilities
Execute R&D projects in the area of Coatings; Collaborate within the team and with other departments to build up different research projects; Independently contribute to innovate, develop, formulate and design new or improved functional coating; Carry out all necessary lab research activities within the timeline of the projects and with good quality outcome; Manage and organize specific/dedicated lab room to ensure EHSQ & work efficiency; Plan experiments and activities based on established projects as well as new, exploratory ideas; Conduct basic literature and patent searches associated with assigned projects; Formulate, apply and characterize material for functional coating experiments; Document results and prepare technical reports; Develop new or revise test methods, processes or procedures to support program or project goals; Liaise with external and internal partners as appropriate; Supervise interns and plan their work to advance the progress of assigned projects.
