Design and build test systems/fixtures for hardware components and assemblies; Perform environmental (temp/humidity/vibration/shock/drop/salt fog/dust/rain) and mechanical testing; Conduct electrical and performance testing on AC/DC products; Perform RF characterization and validation; Evaluate product reliability and predict life; Support compliance testing to North American and international standards; Participate in DFMEA activities; Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and recommend corrective actions; Partner with third-party certification labs; Serve as Voice of the Customer; Support continuous improvement via Six Sigma.
