Execute manufacturing readiness plans including action tracking and readiness assessments, Support MRL activities by identifying gaps and driving closure actions, Translate product requirements into manufacturing development and production readiness action plans, Partner with design engineering to identify producibility concerns and implement risk mitigation plans, Support development and maturation of manufacturing processes including tooling and fixtures, Coordinate follow-up from readiness reviews and tollgates, Build and maintain dashboards and visual management tools, Support APQP, PFMEA, and structured problem-solving efforts, Work with production teams to meet rate, yield, quality, and delivery targets, Capture lessons learned and standardize best practices
