Responsibilities
Own and lead MRL execution including assessments, gap closure, and gate reviews; Translate roadmaps into executable manufacturing development plans; Partner with design engineering to improve producibility; Develop and mature manufacturing processes and tooling concepts; Lead cross-functional tollgates and readiness reviews; Build dashboards to monitor MRL maturity and launch risk; Support APQP, PFMEA, and control plans to reduce manufacturing risk; Ensure processes are ready for rate, yield, and quality performance; Capture lessons learned and standardize best practices; Foster a lean operating culture using FLIGHT DECK principles.
