Responsibilities
Own and lead assigned New Product Development (NPD) projects from launch through production; Deliver all project milestones on schedule, including hardware, testing, analysis, and documentation; Prepare design and analysis reports and lead design reviews; Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers; Review engineering drawings and apply GD&T; Partner with the Development Team to meet internal unit cost targets; Define and maintain technical compliance to customer requirements; Write technical proposals and present technical information to customers; Lead cost reduction initiatives; Support resolution of field issues; Provide factory support as needed
