Support 5S, workplace organization, and visual management activities across the shopfloor; Assist with setup and upkeep of Daily Management boards, ESN boards, standard work displays, flow lines and other lean initiatives; Conduct shopfloor process observations, time studies, and data collection and analysis to support improvement efforts; Help document Standard Work and identify opportunities to improve flow and reduce waste; Support Kaizen events and trainings through preparation, coordination, and follow-up activities; Track basic performance metrics and help organize information for FLIGHT DECK activities
