Respond to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by assessing conditions against engineering drawings and determining corrective actions; Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams; Participate in Daily Management cadences using KPIs to drive continuous improvement; Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and throughput; Serve as an action-oriented presence on the shop floor to remove barriers and maintain production flow.
