Responsibilities
Define and evolve product roadmap for CMS with emphasis on AI-enabled workflows; Identify opportunities where AI enhances content creation, enrichment, publishing, discovery, and quality assurance; Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to design, test, and ship AI-powered features; Prioritize and manage a backlog of AI and non-AI features with an Agile delivery team; Work directly with reporters, editors, and producers to observe workflows and identify friction points; Translate editorial needs into clear product requirements for AI systems; Own and scale product documentation, including specs, workflows, and user-facing guidance; Establish documentation standards and best practices; Partner with training and change management teams to support onboarding and adoption; Collaborate with Senior Product Managers to align AI initiatives with business goals; Drive internal alignment and trust around AI capabilities; Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; Contribute to training materials and change-management efforts.
