Act as primary I&C representative for multidisciplinary project teams; coordinate with Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, Operations, and Quality groups; provide technical leadership for I&C systems across manufacturing and utility projects; support troubleshooting and root cause investigations; specify and evaluate field instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, conductivity, TOC, UV, analytical); lead design reviews and approve instrumentation philosophies, P&IDs, and control narratives; participate in HAZOPs and constructability reviews; review wiring diagrams and control architecture; establish and improve site I&C standards; provide technical direction to consultants and contractors; lead assessments for equipment upgrades and functional equivalency; support commissioning and startup activities
