Responsibilities
Direct enterprise-wide transition and activation planning for new facilities, expansions, renovations, and relocations; Develop standardized frameworks, policies, tools, and methodologies for Operational, Activation, and Building Readiness; Lead activation governance structures including steering committees and multidisciplinary work groups; Oversee development and execution of the integrated Project Master Activation Schedule; Provide strategic coordination between Design & Construction Project Management and clinical/operational stakeholders; Establish and maintain standardized activation tools including checklists, RACI matrices, and milestone plans; Oversee department-level occupancy planning, workflow validation, and dual-operations planning; Direct regulatory and accreditation readiness activities; Document post-activation stabilization outcomes through final transition reports; Ensure responsibility and visible commitment of diversity equity and inclusion programs
