Lead and manage daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives; Provide leadership and direction during critical production events including startups, shutdowns, and unplanned line stoppages; Establish workforce plans and ensure adequate staffing, training, and resources; Hold Team Leaders accountable for execution of standard work and process compliance; Own shift performance metrics including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Scrap, Downtime, and Labor Efficiency; Analyze operational performance data and KPIs to drive corrective actions; Oversee quality systems, testing requirements, and production documentation; Direct management of raw materials, inventory transactions, and production records; Lead problem-solving efforts related to process, equipment, material, quality, and production issues; Partner with Maintenance to prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance activities; Schedule production time and allocate resources to support engineering trials and new product development; Train, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Operators; Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations regarding hiring, promotion, and disciplinary actions; Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and other functional teams; Ensure compliance with company policies, quality and environmental management systems, and safety standards; Maintain accurate production, quality, inventory, attendance, and performance records
