Supervise general ledger activities and analysis for a cluster of countries; Manage General Ledger and AtR sub-process activities; Implement policies and operational controls; Ensure transactions are correctly reflected in the entity ledger; Direct accurate and timely period reporting; Manage outsourced BPO partner activities for General Ledger; Administer monthly Account Reconciliation processes; Approve period-end financial packages and Balance Sheet Reconciliations; Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and internal control audits; Lead and staff ad hoc projects; Drive and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives including RPA; Partner with other Managers and Senior Leaders to implement strategic initiatives.
