Maintain proper pressures and temperatures in heating and cooling equipment, operate distilled water and reverse osmosis systems, troubleshoot and maintain water treatment systems, conduct daily tours of utility equipment and report problems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance and emergency repairs, prepare utility equipment for modifications and tie-ins, maintain housekeeping conditions in mechanical rooms, respond to WPMS alarms, assist with work order scheduling and spare parts ordering
