Responsibilities
Perform routine tasks in Product Assembly, bonding, potting, mixing epoxy, installing covers and other plastic/metal components; Read blueprints, diagrams, or established operations practices to assemble and install various probe components; Perform solder touch-up or solder of parts as a secondary operation; Handle small, delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy to perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly; Follow method sheets to ensure documented and controlled processes are followed to assemble various electronic components; Perform a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations by using common hand tools such as: Wire strippers, wrenches, screwdrivers, plyers and using small hand tools and soldering equipment; Organized, work independently, and ability to work in fast paced environments; Able to sit and work under a microscope for extended periods of time.
