Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity targets; Manage and develop a manufacturing organization consisting of 2–3 direct-report engineers/supervisors and approximately 50–70 shop-floor associates; Drive production execution while ensuring customer commitments are met in a timely, quality-focused, and cost-effective manner; Identify, prioritize, and execute Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations; Establish and monitor operational KPIs including productivity, labor utilization, throughput, inventory accuracy, work order completion, customer complaints, and quality metrics; Coach and guide junior engineers, production team leaders, and supervisors.
