Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process for multiple subsidiaries and business units. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Oversee the preparation and review of intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, and consolidation adjustments. Support Oracle upgrades, system implementations, and reporting enhancements. Work with external auditors and facilitate successful completion of the annual audit. Lead and participate in integration efforts for acquired businesses, including ERP and close process integration.
