Canvass assigned territories on foot or vehicle to identify and capture commercial listings and building attributes; Capture high-quality exterior images and collect visible building data including address, type, stories, and size; Cross-check new leads against existing database and escalate updates; Submit collected data and images into the Field Research App daily; Support creation and update of building footprints and geocodes using mapping tools; Perform basic post-processing of digital images using Adobe software; Photograph tenant spaces and associate locations to properties where required; Visually scan properties for leasing/sale signs to support lead generation; Maintain company vehicle and camera/drone equipment in good working order.
