Responsibilities
Lead local, site, and global projects involving new equipment installation and system enablers; Anticipate and solve complex process and equipment issues by generating and selecting CAPA options; Challenge site processes to identify improvements in quality, safety, and cost; Present data to Site Leadership Team to secure sponsorship for priority projects; Coach staff on safety, GMP, and systematic pre-start checklists; Conduct process capability studies and root-cause analysis for variability; Manage and improve SOPs, deviations, and CAPAs.
