Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on key FEOL process equipment; Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum, and PC/software skills; Monitor tool performance and ensure uptime on assigned equipment sets; Create, update, and improve PM procedures, check-sheets, and work instructions; Document all maintenance activities thoroughly in the Equipment Management System; Monitor, analyze, and respond to SPC out-of-control conditions for assigned processes; Safely perform work in hazardous environments using proper PPE
