Lead and manage all MEP works including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV systems; Oversee design development, coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems; Coordinate MEP interfaces with civil, structural, architectural, IT, and specialist systems; Review and monitor contractor programmes, method statements, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions; Monitor progress, quality, safety, testing, and commissioning activities for all MEP systems; Provide technical leadership to the MEP team and support the Project Director in achieving project objectives
