Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance and repairs of assets and equipment; Maintain Facilities M&E PPM Schedule to meet regulation compliance; Oversee all 3rd party contractors on installations and scheduled maintenance; Perform general maintenance tasks including minor fabric maintenance and furniture repairs; Compile information for site-specific documentation and reports; Coordinate projects such as renovations and office re-configurations; Escort vendors and ensure safe working environment; Support facilities team in managing costs by raising POs and processing invoices.
