Responsibilities
Lead daily department operations and special projects to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and order fulfillment objectives; Manage departmental performance through monitoring and improvement of operational processes and metrics; Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets including labor, packaging, and maintenance; Analyze operational data and reports to identify trends and drive improvements; Partner with Group Leads to coordinate workforce planning, scheduling, training, and staffing coverage; Supervise employees in accordance with company policies including performance management and corrective actions; Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees; Establish performance goals and conduct evaluations; Collaborate with HR to maintain appropriate staffing levels; Maintain payroll, personnel, and operational records.
