Own shop-floor productivity, throughput, on-time delivery, and first-pass yield for Milling, Turning, and Post-Processing; Govern daily and weekly production scheduling and workload distribution; Review and approve CNC program development for complex multi-axis machining; Troubleshoot production challenges (toolpaths, fixturing, workholding, program logic); Lead root cause analysis for machining-related quality escapes; Translate multi-year roadmap into executable machining capability plan; Directly manage supervisors and machinists including development and succession planning; Uphold dimensional accuracy and surface finish standards; Serve as primary machining interface to engineering stakeholders.
