Responsibilities
Supervise operators in Oral Solid Dosage form area, ensure implementation of measures for fulfillment of OSD department weekly production plan, prevent mix-up and cross contamination during manufacturing processes, update or create SOPs, report deviations occurring during manufacturing processes, train new operators on different operations, collect and review batch manufacturing records, report problems in utilities or machines during the production process, assure compliance of environmental monitoring to start manufacturing, check cleaning, disinfecting and clearance of machines, utensils and rooms according to SOPs, ensure HSE policy is communicated to all employees, ensure meeting of all statutory legalization concerning Health, Safety and environmental law, ensure emergency situation is fully defined and deployment for all employees, ensure necessary HSE resources are available, ensure all departments are involved and represented in the risk assessment team, ensure adequate implementation of the Risk assessment, inspections and audits corrective actions at the due dates, minimize the impact on local environment by following approved waste management system
