Support General Contractor procurement including RFP development and bid evaluation; coordinate weekly construction progress meetings and document minutes; track and resolve project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders; monitor construction progress and quality via site walks and field inspections; assist with cost management and cash flow forecasting; interface with stakeholders to coordinate access, permits, and testing; manage the change order process including pricing review and negotiation support; prepare auditable project files and records; coordinate regulatory readiness and compliance activities; support quality assurance and commissioning processes; manage project logistics including badging, deliveries, and ICRA compliance; plan and communicate operational impacts to clinical partners.
